Relevant individuals who are actual coaches. - Leadership who are involved in the day to day. The leadership at InterEx are supportive in the fact they aren't off the tools. They are deep in the day to day and no question is a stupid one. - Getting to be around the best in the industry. There are many industry leading billers in the company. They are not silo'd and live on their own island -these are individuals who bring up the level of everyone around them - Clarity: there is clear and tangible pathways for everyone in this business. People I speak to echo this.

Other posts have said it, here it again: The relentless bullying starts at the very top They claim to care, but there is 0 regard to your mental health and wellbeing Favoritism is out of control. Employees have had breakdowns from the relentless pressure. People have been berated to the point of tears in front of their colleagues. Managers are arrogant, don't have any people skills. Imagine spending your days in a place where every moment feels like walking on broken glass, knowing any misstep could shatter what little security you have left. Horrible culture and environment where people are afraid to speak and are miserable
