Pros
Late 2021 a new CEO was appointed with a contemporary leadership style. How you go about achieving your goals is equally as important as achieving them. In other words, you could exceed goals but your behaviour is very poor - this is no longer ok. New company value of respect was added. Improved workplace diversity through inclusive programs, new training on what does good behaviour look like, leadership programs for career development. I can honestly say that the people at Interflow are pretty amazing (and I have worked at some terrible workplaces). Many new hires in the company driving improved workplace behaviours and further financial growth.
Cons
The company is going through significant change, it can be a little challenging at times but in a good way as we improve how we treat each other and improve our systems and processes for better efficiencies - progress not perfection is our internal moto.
