      -Welcoming work environment -Great perks -Going places in the market, many opportunities -Happy, funny, and committed coworkers -Management is down to earth and approachable

      -Sometimes expectations are lofty -Occasional turnover in management can be disruptive since company is small

      Pros

      I have a great time at Interfolio. For the most part it's been a friendly environment. Decent and stress free. Very Organized.

      Cons

      Salary. The pay could be better for the industry and what we do. This year we did not receive a bonus. Also since the Elsevier merge, it's been different.

      Big corporate influence has added beauracracy that makes it harder to get things across the finish line
