      Great fun teammates & really great culture Great sales organization Innovative vision and product roadmap Learning a ton Unique problems to solve Abundance of opportunities to excel at No voice is small enough Great coffee & office

      Run really fast Sometimes internal processes have a hard time keeping up with the orgs successes

      Pros

      I have a great time at Interfolio. For the most part it's been a friendly environment. Decent and stress free. Very Organized.

      Cons

      Salary. The pay could be better for the industry and what we do. This year we did not receive a bonus. Also since the Elsevier merge, it's been different.

      Love my coworkers & culture. Bit more corporate since the acquisition by Elsevier

      Big corporate influence has added beauracracy that makes it harder to get things across the finish line
