      Pros

      Interfolio is a great place to work! There is a ton of room for growth/advancement and management is very transparent. They offer great benefits and additional employee programs for health & wellness and professional development. The culture is very positive. Everyone here operates as a team while you are still valued and an individual employee.

      Cons

      I can not think of any deal breaking cons.

      Pros

      I have a great time at Interfolio. For the most part it's been a friendly environment. Decent and stress free. Very Organized.

      Cons

      Salary. The pay could be better for the industry and what we do. This year we did not receive a bonus. Also since the Elsevier merge, it's been different.

      Love my coworkers & culture. Bit more corporate since the acquisition by Elsevier

      Big corporate influence has added beauracracy that makes it harder to get things across the finish line
