Pros
You will learn more about recruiting in this company in 6 months than you will in 2-3 years at another remote company. You do have to actually work and you can’t work multiple jobs but you will be compensated well if you work hard and show effort. The one thing I noticed about the people who don’t make it is they tend to not be coachable. The managing may come off in the wrong way if you think you know it all, but if you listen you will learn and grow in the role. The owner takes care of you if you put in the effort.
Cons
You can NOT work multiple jobs, they will figure it out and let you go so don’t even try. Also you get out of the job what you put in. Candidates will not just be given to you, you do have to actually source but again you will be compensated and taken care of in return.
