Opportunity to work with telecom systems and gain hands-on NOC experience. Some team members were cooperative and technically capable. Exposure to live network operations and troubleshooting.
Cons
Very poor job security. I, along with four other engineers, was terminated immediately in the middle of a shift without any prior notice or warning. No proper notice period was provided, which created professional and financial uncertainty. Management communication during critical situations was lacking. Lack of transparency in decision-making regarding staff termination.
