Pros

Very little to mention - fully remote, but unfortunately they are not setup to succeed in a remote environment.

Cons

Low pay Lack of jobs Lack of direction from upper management, every week they are trying something new and changing processes. Lack of processes to begin with, a company of this tenure shouldn’t be ran out of a word document.

Pros

Amazing opportunity to make a ton of money and work with some great people. Lots of support, cutting-edge tools, and management that cares.

Cons

The ramp-up in any new sales job is a grind. Working extra in the first several months is paying dividends.

Pros

Weekly pay was good. Travel, lodging, transportation, were all provided.

Cons

interim physician recruiters scheduled my work schedule last minute and that was a major problem. I talked to them about this for months, and they essentially told me that’s a me problem, so I don’t recommend working with interim physicians recruiters unless they provide an itinerary for the entire contracted assignment. Here are the reasons why. I was called the day before to fly out and report for duty as a contractor. While onsite the schedule changed by the hour. Most of the time, I was requested to work 12 hour shifts with 1-2 hrs off before having to go back in for another 8-20 hrs. Sometimes this random scheduling went on for 7-15 days and nights. interim physicians do not allow enough time for safe travels in between shifts. I was frequently asked to rush to the airport after a 12 hour shift and drive in the dark while sleep deprived due to last minute flight changes. Interim physicians will also schedule you to work at new and busy facilities without an orientation and with a blank EMR(no order sets, no templates, etc). My recommendation is to only accept the assignments if they are able to provide an itinerary for you to review ahead of time. Otherwise you may end up in a red eye crossing time zones after working 16 hours straight with only a 2 hour nap before starting another 12 hour shift at 6am in a different time zone… sleep deprivation is the worst and I wouldn’t wish that on my worst enemy… and interim physicians recruiters get more money the more shifts they add on last minute, so Becareful w the greedy recruiters.
