      Pros

      Pretty name, big buildings, fancy names for their armies of administrators.

      Cons

      Everything else. They provide inferior health care to the region with hospitals running regularly at over 100% capacity and more administrators than one can believe in redundant useless jobs. If you take pride in your work forget this horrible organization.
