Every project has its own style, goals, and challenges, so the work allows me to be creative while also considering practical solutions for clients. I learn a lot from the designers around me because everyone brings a different perspective. The variety also gives me opportunities to expand my design knowledge.

It's a pain to work with clients who keep moving the goalposts.

Worst management ever. There's always too much work here. The team is short, so everything piles up fast. Leadership feels disorganized and all over the place. I had to figure things out on my own just to keep projects moving. Support from management was rare and inconsistent. Favoritism is very obvious and hard to ignore. The same people keep getting the good projects and attention. Recognition goes to a small circle that management seems to worship.
