Pretty laid back - Customer Service Representative Interlight (IN) Employee Review

I Really like working here. The People are great and i have learned so much. I have benefits and vacation days , which is great. I plan to make a career at interlight!

There aren't any i can think of.

Interlight was a great place to work at up until they sold the company. They are slowly getting rid of the original staff.

The work environment is extremely toxic since the company was sold. Interlight used to be a fun family owned company and is now run like a big business corporation. They will pretend to care about you as an employee up until you realize what type of business they run and will waste no time in getting rid of you. They choose to reward those who run and complain to management instead of the employees who come to work and cause no problems. New management is terrible and they clearly play favorites at this company. Benefits are terrible. You must request any PTO at least a month in advance and still it might be denied. Come in late or have an unexpected absence and you can consider yourself on chopping block any day after that. It’s a shame what interlight has become and if any of their original staff remains they will tell you the same.
