Love how it’s easy to ask for advice and help, whether it’s your manager or the bosses. All round culture is great. Bosses and management make you feel appreciated and we genuinely get rewarded for hard work and results which is fab. Love the work from home incentive as well, it makes the work life balance more manageable, especially with the U.S. timings. I like the screens around the office with everyone’s stats and the mid week and Friday stats email that gets sent around as it keeps me motivated and on track.

It would be useful if commission could be explained a little more in terms of when it is paid. I’m still a little unclear if it’s paid before/ after the rebate period and how the commission payments are split i.e. over how many months.

The people, everyone gets along well. Flexibility when it comes to needing time off and feel comfortable to share any personal issues knowing they wont be discussed with anyone unless you give the ok

I think offering some of the more standard things like death in service benefits, larger pension contributions, having a set maternity policy etc. will help to maintain staff as at the moment there isn’t a lot offered to make people see it as a long term career just short term gains
