Pros

Used to have pizza on Fridays?

Cons

Lots, bad management, bad upper management, non-working management. Did I mention management is pretty bad?

Pros

The team I was a part of, sized approximately 7-10 with a proprietary distribution both to end points, skill/experience, and team responsibilities by title - really felt like a cohesive unit and family, even if I didn't survive the initial onboarding (it seemed like). Great company, picture perfect structure, excellent communication, teamwork, and awesome benefits and flexible growth metrics. To top that off - awesome client base and cutting edge tools with some flex in process, not as much red tape but still sufficient change control and proper procedures to ensure compliance and solutions that scale well.

Cons

No cons really - wasn't there long enough to have any with regards to the position or company. Just with myself and where I was personally at the time.

Pros

The best reason to work here is due to the fact that it is the best MSP around, period. It's a small company but it is growing quickly and management is good which is a rare find in MSP work. You'll get to learn a lot while working here due to the variety of issues that come up and everyone is willing to help you out if you get stuck on an issue which helps the learning process as well. You won't find a kinder more understanding work environment in this area. It's essentially like being part of a big group of friends who all have the same goal in mind and that is to provide the best IT services around. The pay is pretty good as well compared to other places in the area. All in all I think this is a great place to work and would recommend it to anyone looking for a good job in IT services.

Cons

Sometimes information on client applications or hardware can be hard to find, but usually someone knows what you're looking for, plus we're restructuring documentation currently to make this a lot better.
