      Outstanding mentoring by senior engineers - Friendly and accepting environment - Interesting people - Strong focus on delivering quality - Flexible remote work policy - Cozy kitchen with drinks, fruit etc.

      Cons

      No affordable place for lunch nearby anymore, however, the kitchen is excellent
