Pros

Great vision and could be a strong brand. New hires are always brilliant with great ideas and strong work ethic.

Cons

Employee turn around rate is unheard of. There is a culture of over-promising and under-delivering and it seriously harms employee morale.

Pros

-Remember working with some good people. -Worked from home, so hours were pretty good. -Good experience out of college. -I enjoyed speaking with the CEO, she is very ambitious and intelligent. (Have some criticisms of her below)

Cons

-While a few employees were fun, intelligent people to work with, most were just lazy and hired by an awful sales manager. He was fired a few months after I joined the company. -The product is all over the place. CEO is extremely creative and hard working, but lacks the ability to differentiate "wants" vs. "needs. -With above being said, the product simply isn't feasible for large organizations, or as a competitor to existing services. -Poor business model. By being a site for interns, you eliminate a MASSIVE amount of potential users. Critical mass for the product is probably impossible to meet. -Poor pay. Poor company communication.
