Pros
Professional development, fun coworkers and many outings. They give you several projects to work on at the beginning of the experience and from there they let you complete them. Beautiful compound currently!
Cons
There weren't that many downsides. I guess a few of the downsides would be that you have to pay for coffee and food in the cafeteria(but that is no big deal).
