Pros
Fun people to work with. Company is coming around so there is a little less pressure on everyone.
Cons
Very slow to get approval and accomplish projects. The people, although fun, can also seem to be lazy which can be frustrating. I'm tired of working here and would like to find another place to grow and learn with better mentors.
