Pros
Very exciting work. The leadership was not afraid to take on challenges that allowed ingenuity and product development. The engineers, especially that more experienced, were great to work with. Friendly, easy to approach, and always ready to mentor and support. The Lisle and Melrose Park facilities are world class. Great environment to work in!
Cons
The salaries were barely competitive, and with the financial problems they are having and delayed and low raises, the salaries are now too low. The new upper management (directors and above) is making the environment difficult. Decisions are typically based on politics and perception and not based on experience and facts. Work is now shifting to more focus on integration, and not as much on development.
