Pros
Navistar has struggled but have always kept a good mission in mind. The pay is decent and at least in my position the work load is not overwhelming most the time. The flexible professional ours and availbility to work from home when needed is great. Tuition reimbursement ins't great but it is very helpful.
Cons
They are located in Chicago land and i don't care for it here. They have built a trend of hiring from out side instead of creating growth in promoting qualified people within.
