Pros
Lots of responsibility and a feeling of ownership. I had a terrific manager. I completed a lot of very cool manufacturing projects.
Cons
The company has reported losses for the past 8 quarters. Do not expect the company to be around very long. They are not investing in research and development. The list goes on and on. This was once a very good company; however a few bad choices have caused this company to nearly go bankrupt.
