Pros
I interacted with people from all over the world and the corporate campus in Lisle is beautiful! Relaxed atmosphere in the office. I did a fair amount of traveling during my tenure and enjoyed meeting the International dealers around the US and CA.
Cons
I had a 185-mile daily commute and my manager was not willing to let me work remotely more than one day per week, while other employees frequently worked remotely. Ultimately this lead to my leaving for another opportunity closer to home, but I regret that it came to that point.
