The relationships that were built with "some" people within the organization was the only positive thing.
Cons
Lack of good leadership, lack of communication, way too top heavy with level 8's and above. The company needs a good CEO who knows what they are doing. The past few CEO's have only driven the company down the hole even further. They spent so much money in all the wrong places and that is only a fraction of the reason why they are in the financial climate they are in.
