Pros
Good pay and benefits is why I stayed over 10 years. For most of the 10 years of my employment Navistar had very week senior leadership with very strong lower level leaders that kept things moving.
Cons
Navistar is plagued with poor leadership. They let some of the best talent in the industry leave and or pushed them out. The only reason quality is a little better is because of ditching the EGR only technology and going to SCR. Nav talks quality buyt lives by the dollar ALWAYS. That is why I'm glad to no longer be associated with them.
