Cons
Management is horrible. Top level managers have no idea how to manage people. The recent re-organization of the business has sent a clear message. Promoting incompetence and putting the yes men in place to try and keep the status quo while upper management plans their exit. Clearly shows with this recent move of people and flattening of managers to direct reports. Management says they want to coach you and build you up to be promotable, but that never happens. They promise one thing and hit you with another job but no promotion. They move your focus around but don't increase your pay. They keep the carrot dangling until one day you realize the carrot cannot be obtained and then you walk away. If you are looking to get your feet wet, this is a great company to start, but do not plan on a long term career here or you will be sorely disappointed with your choice.
