      Pros

      Good pay for industry, decent bonus, good 401k match, mostly relaxed management, good WLB in IT (supply chain transportation/planner roles have it rough though)

      Cons

      CEO is doing what a former PE person does - cut costs (jobs) beyond everyone's imagination all for the benefit of the shareholders. Promotions have stalled, lots of politics (this was true before as well though).

      Able to work remotely from Home.

      Cons

      Incompetent Leadership. Taken over by Indians. 90% of IT outsourced an replaced with cheap labor. Forced to train our replacements who had very little understanding of the job.
