      - Unstable job - Incompetent HR - Refusal to negotiate offer - Constant restructuring - Many things in "fine print" that HR will purposefully not inform you of, so expect to get screwed over somehow, whether its benefits, bonuses, or compensation. - More responsibilities than you signed up for.

      Able to work remotely from Home.

      Cons

      Incompetent Leadership. Taken over by Indians. 90% of IT outsourced an replaced with cheap labor. Forced to train our replacements who had very little understanding of the job.
