      Decent pay and it was pretty quick to learn the job. Show initiative and get hired on quickly.

      Cons

      Mandatory overtime, long hours, extreme temperatures in the summer and winter.

      Used to be well respected in the area and stable. Decent severance.

      Cons

      No longer stable. Outsourced IT department in maintenance mode. Two consecutive years of major layoffs and countless plant closures. No advancement opportunities anymore.
