      Place is ok to work for. Pay isn't bad and benefits aren't bad

      Cons

      Not enough opportunity to move up with the company. Expects a lot of work done in 8 hours when it's not possible.

      Pros

      Used to be well respected in the area and stable. Decent severance.

      Cons

      No longer stable. Outsourced IT department in maintenance mode. Two consecutive years of major layoffs and countless plant closures. No advancement opportunities anymore.
