There are none. This company has poor management and is particularly fond of a favorites list.
Cons
They have a black list for employees that know their job and don't take nonsense from management. They have an ego issue and I've heard the and seen them tell employees they have no job site available and turn around and give the sit to a favorite. This is unfair and unequal treatment amongst employees.
