Easy to get a job here. No background verification done for any of the new joiners.
Cons
Unprofessional attitude shown towards employees. Employees are sent back home at any given point of time. They in fact threaten employees to resign and leave on the same day without letting them no the reason for the same, hence there is a constant fear of Employment status. Payslips and no explanation on deductions given.
