      Company earned money from American clients and charged American market rates yet paid us very little

      Great opportunity to travel, meet interesting business people around the world, and learn about global business. Responsible for own projects, from design to execution. Fun office space.

      Work/life balance. Long hours especially due to seasonality of the business.

      Money - that's a big one. Salary is consistently low and if you want to earn lot of money, it's not a company for you.
