Good culture and work life balance. Company is definitely considerate when it comes to leaves. Initial salary is good.
Cons
No solid employee retention plans for support roles. Company does not really invest on retaining talents or improving technologies. No succession planning or career development programs. Huge paygaps between new hires and home grown talents even within the same teams or function.
