Pros
I don't know, it's hard to think of the Pros when it was not "that" rewarding.
Cons
Lower salary than expected; demanding, micromanaging "leaders". The so-called leaders didn't want to listen and thought that their opinions were the most correct. Also, they made false accusations toward their own team members, and might humiliate you in public. How crazy was that?
