- Fixed rostered times are abysmal, 6am-2pm, 2pm-10pm, and 10pm-8am for overnight. - advertised salary on seek is the theoretical maximum if you worked weekends + overnight rate, reality is you'll be pocketing around 1800 for your first week, and then after training around 2k per week for either morning or afternoons and then varies on if you work one or both weekends. - Break structure is horrible. Company break structure is 2 x 20 minute breaks (no 30 minutes, which i don't believe is legal?), and then a third 20 minute break that you can schedule whenever, HOWEVER this is never how it works - reality is, it's your bathroom break. You divide it up into a few minute breaks to go to the toilet, and they WILL monitor you despite saying they don't, and if you exceed it (god forbid you have constipation or a condition) they will follow up with you and ask why you've exceeded it. - no easy way to take breaks, usually call centres will have you go into a busy status beforer your break to limit calls or chats dropping in, this company does not do this. You have to raise and escalate to a colleague, usually generate 3 or 4 of these at a time 10-15 minutes before your break and then hope when you transfer nothing pops through before you go on your break status. Otherwise I just bit the bullet and went on break status to transfer and took 15 minute breaks instead - i had to scoff down my food. Feedback is all rejected.
