Pros
The company gives you a lot of freedom to be entrepreneurial. New ideas are encouraged and often pushed to be tested rather than dismissed. Leadership has a genuine open-door policy and is approachable and supportive, with a good understanding of work–life balance. If you’re proactive, there’s plenty of room to grow, take ownership of projects, and have a real impact.
Cons
Some long-tenured employees can be resistant to change and occasionally undermine new processes or ways of working, which can create friction. Like many growing organizations, there are times when work goes beyond the original scope of your role or project. The positive side is that leadership is increasingly aware of these issues, and they are gradually being addressed.
