      Pros

      1:1 compensation for overtime, my superior was amazing, always had our back especially in front of the client, learning opportunities on projects and by internal keynotes and linkedin learning

      Cons

      High workload for shrinking teams, not clear defined processes (but they were working on it when I left the company)
