Pros

Having been with Interplay Learning from its very beginnings as a three person startup, I've seen it grow from strength to strength in all areas. I'm privileged to be surrounded by passionate people who always strive to make our already excellent product the best it can possibly be, and salespeople whose talent and belief in that product enables them to consistently break through sales records day after day. The value of working for a company who states in their mission statement that jobs should fit around lives rather than the inverse (and actually lives by that) cannot be overstated. I would not have invested the last 9 years of my life helping to build the company we are today if it weren't for the fact that I can't possibly imagine a better place to work.

Cons

Working here is likely to spoil you for the ordinary.

Pros

Remote work with the option to go into the office

Cons

They promote flexibility and work-life balance, but management doesn't actually follow through with that. Management is a cult and looks down on employees. Raises are non-existent. They will lay you off with no warning or PIP. No career adavncement opportunities.
