This job requires that you be available and online at all times, yet no one notices - you are not acknowledged or recognized by upper management or other employees. Your voice is simply ignored and not heard. Upper management worked hard to eliminate every benefit (there are currently no benefits available) and create a toxic environment that can be felt in every department. They reply to all inquiries, queries, and recommendations by taking no action.
