Pros
The people that work at InterPro are some of the nicest people I've ever met. You don't have to worry about negative coworkers here: Everyone is kind, does their job well, and has a lot of knowledge on their expertise. There was a lot of cool things I got to work on at the company. There were several times where I was able to shift gears and work on a completely new tech stack which was exciting for me. Medical and Dental coverage are great. 401k match and profit sharing is nice as well.
Cons
It was difficult to determine your future with management here. Some people get fast tracked into a certain niche into the company while others take time to finally figure out their place in the company. As a result, they don't seem to care much about titles/title changes here. This could impact how important you look to the company from the outside. Benefits as a whole were decent, but you are underpaid for experience and location when compared to something closer to downtown. Some people can manage to find cheaper housing in the area to compensate for this, but this is hard for new grads.
