Easy going workplace culture, most of work is in morning so usually have afternoons and evenings off, flexible scheduling.

As long as you keep your calendar up to date with where you are, you have the ability to function and do your job without someone micro managing you

- The company does a great job of bringing in talented, hard working individuals, but it doesn't do anything to retain them. Good work goes unappreciated, and the turnover is incredibly high. - Compensation is very low compared to the rest of the industry, especially for t he additional work you do. - Management is reluctant to change. The reporting has been inaccurate for the duration of my employment, and nothing has been done to correct it. - When people leave, they aren't replaced. Their workload and responsibilities are reallocated to the employees still there.
