      Pros

      Comp was good, management was inspiring with a vision of improving public services with better amenities. Google association helped with credibility.

      Cons

      The PE firms that bought the firm out kind of ruined things. Story went from "patient returns" to need growth and profit now. Management team turned from best in class from outside the firm to ex-McKinsey bean counters with no vision or insight into the industry.

      Pros

      Wonderful, smart people who are happy to work together. Great leadership who is open to new ideas and wants to include you in decisions. Flexible PTO and working in the office same days as everyone else is an effective strategy for minimal meetings on remote days.

      Cons

      Mostly white people. Wish it was full remote but still great.
