Flex time, good holidays and pension. Working to make positive change with service users. Multi agency working. New IT to work with. A great vision.

High expectations on staff: to work with challenging individuals and bring about positive changes, link with multiple agencies to meet the needs of challenging individuals, risk assessment, keeping detailed and accurate records, home visits, meeting performance targets, report writing, enforcers, team players. Many demands and a lot of organisational skills needed.

This is a company that demands quality and rewards you when it’s produced. You’ll be explained your responsibilities and goals clearly and you’ll be provided a framework to meet realistic expectations. It’s up to you to work diligently and make an impact. I had three positive years at First Security Service and look back on the experience fondly.
