      Good place for skill-up during short term. If you want to start your career, this is good place for get experience and skill up. There is no limit for what you are doing but you have to follow CEO's instruction.

      Cons

      CEO changes his idea for business very often. There is no HR manager and all the decision, evaluation is one-way depend on CEO's mood.

      Poverty salary. You will never get a raise. You'll be pressured to move to rural locations in order to keep your work visa.
