Pros
Good hearted people and decent benefits. My manager and the team were very helpful, knowledgeable, and professional. That’s the only part of the job I miss.
Cons
Our director was intimidating, unapproachable, condescending, and not very helpful. No such thing as “Purpose and Values,” just favoritism from management/leadership. Very “ Good ol boy” atmosphere.
