I work with very talented people. The projects I work on are intellectually stimulating. The company overall is good to work for.
Cons
Upper IT management. I have worked with both good and bad managers. Good managers are inspiring and you want to work for them. That type of manager is not at Interstate. The current upper IT management uses more of a stick motivation. Not very inspiring or motivational.
