Really good job where you can learn a lot and be apart of a company that's growing. Lots of incoming calls and data entry. Hardest part of the job for me was learning different parts of the country that I was not familiar with. The culture is good now. More like a family atmosphere.

As any other company a few bad apples here and there but what I like is how the owner works every day to weed them out regardless of who they are.

Excellent place to work. Each day would bring about something new whether it's going to handle a customer breakdown or providing a PM on a customers yard. Best part about the job is being able to work from home. Pay is great as long as your a good tech that's willing to work.
I would recommend Interstate Fleet to anyone because they are all about family and they give you the ability to grow your experience and your career with them. Every day is different. I love being able to go to different job sites on a daily basis. No day is the the same which is awesome. I have an assigned truck and I get dispatched to jobs in my area for all sorts of customers in the construction and trucking business.
