Good co-workers, flexible work. Good pay and benefits. Sabbatical every 3.5 or 7 years. Some employees have been there for 15-20 years.

Mixed assignments. Some good clients, some below average. Training was a big part of their brand in the beginning. The opportunities have changed since training has moved online,
