      Pros

      The job is fairly straight forward, but can become somewhat cumbersome over time.

      Cons

      There is not much room for upward mobility, and it seems upper management enjoys dangling carrots in front of potential future leaders rather than actually promoting.

      Pros

      Fairly independent work environment, with alot of work variety at times. Lot's of PTO.

      Cons

      Minimal/few promotion opportunities. Stubborn managerial structure with too much penny pinching. Little incentive to innovate. Pay could be better.
