Pros
Great benefits, especially vacation. Schedule can be flexible, some upper management are good people but overwhelmed.
Cons
Too many to list. Big ones would be lower than average pay by quite a bit. Plenty of people at all levels have no idea what they're doing. Senior executive level doesn't understand or care about what is happening with the company, only how the shareholders perceive us. Lots of accounting tricks used to manipulate P&L...Could go on forever.
