Pros

->High Compensation ->Profitable Company ->Publicly traded ->Benefits such as paid time off and medical

Cons

->Worked to death (company expects you to work more than 40 hours per week) ->Company cares more about the revenue then the customer ->Employee morale at an all time low ->Incompetent management team all the way from top down with no prospective for long-term. Only short term objectives, get to the goal at no cost. ->Massive exodus of senior employees, many new hires with no experience ->Opportunities to grow are good due to the mass exodus, however, these perceived promotions basically come with more responsibility (work load) with no increase in pay

Pros

Good group of people in local office.

Cons

Stuck in the past. Unwilling to consider updating methods or procedures. "We've done it this way for 30 years and it has worked." Sales relies upon project engineers to do most of their work for them. When volume of work is slow that becomes the engineers responsibility to go find new clients. Can't reliably pay the most basic of utility bills on time. I've seen the power cut off 2x and the gas this past winter.
